Ingredients
133 1/3 medium tomatoes, diced
16 2/3 green, red, and yellow bell pepper, diced
8 1/3 red onion, diced or 1/2 bunch of green onions, sliced into rings
33 1/3 cloves garlic, minced
1 qt + 1/8 c sprigs of cilantro, coarsely chopped
