Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients
3 3/4 gals + 2 1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
1 gal +
2 3/4 c
plain lowfat yogurt
25 med banana (7" to 7-7/8")
2 Tbsp + 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 3/4 gals + 2 1/2 c apple juice

  1. Peel and mash the banana.
  2. Place the yogurt, banana and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Add the orange juice and apple juice and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with citrus slices.

Variation: layer the citrus smoothie with granola and citrus segments in a parfait glass.
